Description
“Heartaches”was recorded by Ted Weems & his Orchestra for Bluebird records in 1933. The song was written by John Klenner & Al Hoffman in 1931, but did not really become a great hit till 1947 when it was discovered by a DJ in Charlotte NC. He played it a lot and records stores were swamped. The wistling on the unsual disc was by Elmo Tanner.
