Description
One of the most popular TV shows of 1968 was Rowan And Martin's Laugh-In. On it they featured a recurring sketch about a judge, introduced initially by Flip Wilson saying " Here come da judge ". Shorty Long released Here Come The Judge at the height of it's catchphrase popularity and the song peaked at #14 on the Cash Box chart, week ending 7/6/68. At the same time on the charts was another totally different song by Pigmeat Markham,who played the judge on Rowan And Martin's Laugh-In, titled, Here Come The Judge, which peaked at #8 on the charts later that same summer.
